3 Sisters Working as One
The Robitaille sisters, a highly efficient trio, are at the head of the family business. Thanks to Marlène’s great imagination, Nancy’s strong character and Annie’s wealth of ideas, decisions are harmonized and well thought out. Their differences are their strength as they wonderfully complement each other! Underneath these businesswomen are determined ladies who stop at nothing.
An All-Female Management Team
Men are often in the majority in the hotel industry when it comes to management, but JARO Hotels remains an exception. Unwittingly, over the years, the management team has become 100% female. Behind each of the JARO hotels is an exceptional director, a woman committed to her teams and guests as well as a gifted manager.
You may have guessed it, but women are also pulling the strings behind the scenes. Human resources, finance, marketing and graphic design departments are all headed by women. Each one brings her experience, her know-how and her sensitivity to the growth of the company in order to create a real difference with the competition!
Challenges Met with Flying Colors
Everyone knows that the pandemic has brought its share of challenges, and solutions had to be sought and implemented. Laying people off, turning a blind eye and waiting for the storm to pass was never an option. At JARO, we overcome challenges as a team and believe that this is the strength of the company. Who hasn’t heard of the Dinner & Show packages? Their success is the result of relentless teamwork where everyone has given their 200%.
While being a woman in the hotel and restaurant industry is not exactly an easy task, JARO women are far from having said their last word!
