Job description
- Establish the link between the kitchen and the dining room;
- Ensure that the order is complete;
- Know and apply basic table service techniques (plate carrying, torpedo, order of services, etc.);
- Bring starter, soup and main course to the table;
- Ensure the cleanliness of your work space;
- Set up the work consoles.
Education
- High school diploma or course in food and beverage services (asset);
- Relevant restaurant experience (6 months).
