Job description
- Paint walls, staircases, hall ceilings, bedrooms, entrance halls;
- Touch up where necessary;
- Ensure compliance with selected colors;
- Prepare and finish joints between plasterboard or gypsum board;
- Distribute work efficiently at line level (7 hotels);
- Move/move furniture (occasionally);
- Paint exterior walls (during summer months);
- Must have a vehicle for travel between establishments.
Education
- DEP/ AEC or Certificate in industrial construction and maintenance mechanics or electromechanics, any other training deemed equivalent (Desirable);
- 1 year of relevant experience in building painting or general building maintenance;
- Certificate of qualification B (Asset).
