Job description

Ensure cleanliness of the premises at all times;
- Set up and dismantle event spaces;
- Greet customers upon their arrival;
- Ensure compliance with quality and excellence standards;
- Manage staff;
- Assist serving staff when necessary;
- Handle occasional complaints;
- Assign tasks to employees;
- Check event contracts to avoid oversights;
- Balance reports and inventories;
- Assist in the restaurant during quieter banquet periods.
Education
- DEC in hotel management or administration or relevant experience in the food service industry.
Necessary skills
- Resourcefulness;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team;
