Job description
- Inspect machine rooms, paying attention to suspicious noises;
- Distribute tasks to each employee for each shift;
- Supervise employees in the execution of their tasks;
- Submit the necessary purchases for the completion of the various jobs;
- Ensure that quality and excellence standards are met;
- Perform necessary plumbing, carpentry, electrical (basic), air-conditioning and heating repairs.
- The salary starts at $24.00/h and + depending on experience and competence.
Education
- Relevant experience in building maintenance (3 years);
- Diploma in building mechanics or building maintenance.

- Fluent French and advanced English;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good organizational skills;
