In order for your stay to be enjoyable while respecting other guests, it is essential to consider some conditions applicable to the package.

Hotel Québec Inn:

• Accommodation in a room with an outdoor view.
• Applicable daily fee of $25.
• Only one dog, weighing a maximum of 15 kg/35 lbs, is allowed in your room. If your pet does not meet our eligibility conditions upon arrival, you will not be able to access your room, and the cancellation conditions of the package will apply;
• This offer is available only for outdoor rooms;
• Access to the dining room of the Les Palmes restaurant, the courtyard, pool and spa areas, the massage center, and the gym is prohibited for animals;
• You are allowed to walk through the hotel lobby with your pet on a leash, but stopping is not permitted;
• Leaving the animal alone in the room is strictly prohibited;
• Room cleaning during your stay must be done without the presence of the animal inside;
• It is your responsibility to pick up your pet’s waste, both inside and outside the establishment; Any damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card;
• Any noise disturbances caused by your pet, disturbing other hotel guests, may result in a penalty or even expulsion from the hotel without compensation;
• In the event of an incident within the establishment attributed to the animal, the customer assumes all financial and moral responsibility;
• The customer agrees to indemnify and release the hotel, its owners, and executives from any liability for damages caused by the animal;
• The hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action against the owner of the animal; 

Palace Royal:

• Only dogs are allowed;
• Only one dog is permitted in your room;
• The fee is $50 plus taxes per night;
• A pre-authorization of $500 will be held on your credit card;
• Access to the Beffroi restaurant, Bistro le Fou du Roi, indoor courtyard, pool and spa areas, fitness room, and banquet halls is prohibited for dogs. Only the lobby, elevators, hallways leading to your room, and your room itself are permitted;
• Your dog must be on a leash as soon as it leaves your room;
• It is forbidden to leave your pet alone in the room. If this rule is not followed, the $500 pre-authorization will be retained by the hotel;
• Housekeeping service will be performed only when the pet is not in the room;
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, both inside and outside the hotel;
• Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card;
• Any noise disturbance caused by your pet that disrupts other hotel guests may result in a penalty, or even expulsion from the hotel without compensation;
• In the event of an incident involving your pet within the hotel, the guest assumes full financial and moral responsibility;
• The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its management for any damage caused by their pet;
• The hotel reserves the right to take legal action against the pet owner;
• Guests who do not comply with these rules may be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.
