Job description
- Set up for service;
- Welcome customers;
- Prepare and serve drinks;
- Ensure billing, payments and balancing of the cash;
- Wash glasses and ensures the cleanliness of the bar;
- Serve meals at the bar;
- Maintain the inventory of drinks;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by his supervisor.
Competences and qualifications
- High school diploma OR bartending course;
- Relevant experience in catering or bar (1 year);
- Be 18 years of age or older;
- Bartender training (an asset).
Skills
- Computer knowledge (Gamma and/or master D);
- Interpersonal skills and leadership;
- Enjoy working in a team;
- Work well under pressure;
- Be courteous;
- Knowledge of cocktails;
- Cheerful and energetic attitude.
