Job description
- In collaboration with the eleven (11) department directors, you will have to put in place operational procedures and ensure their application;
- Develop a fluid and rigorous communication system between departments and according to the guidelines of the banner and the network;
- Re-establish an internal culture where high standards and best practices are at the heart of the service offering and act as a leader in this change;
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of financial results to ensure increased profits and regularly monitor these results.
- See to the management of daily rates;
- Participate in regular operations and manage unforeseen situations;
- Set team performance objectives and evaluate results;
- Assess labor needs
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in force within the company;
- Ensure customer satisfaction monitoring and supervise teams in order to stand out;
- Establish, monitor and distribute activity reports on attendance, turnover trends and operating costs.
Education
- Diploma in hotel management or significant equivalent experience;
- Have good resistance to stress and manage it in a positive and effective manner;
- Ability to plan, organize and direct all facets of restoration;
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself with integrity at all times;
- Good knowledge of various tools and software such as Maître D, Véloce, etc. (knowledge of Maestro is a strong asset);
- Focused on quality, satisfaction and providing personalized service.
