Job description
- Coordinate activities related to the staffing process: posting positions, contacting candidates, coordinating interviews, following up on meetings, updating personnel needs, etc.;
- Coordinate and support managers in coordinating staff movements;
- Participate and coordinate recruitment activities (e.g. job fair, open houses, etc.);
- Carry out criminal background checks;
- Ensure the sending of hiring and integration documentation;
- Monitoring of recruitment files and reception of foreign workers;
- Answer general phone calls and emails intended for HR;
- Support for the coordination of social activities (e.g. Christmas activities, 5 to 7, theme week, etc.);
- Provide administrative support for all human resources management activities.
Education
- AEC in human resources management or;
- DEC in administrative or management techniques (human resources management profile)
- 6 months experience in human resources (an asset)
Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written French;
- Ability and interest in customer service
- Enjoy working in a team;
- Developed taste for problem solving;
- Strong adaptability;
- Curious and interested in technological advancements;
- Ability to adapt in a pressured environment and manage priorities;
