Job description

  • Provide your team with a schedule for assigning weekly and daily tasks;
  • Track urgent operations, prioritize work to be done and resource allocation;
  • Act as a technical resource person and train the resources under his/her responsibility;
  • Supervise the work of maintenance technicians and ensure safe working methods;
  • Order the materials necessary for carrying out the work;
  • Establish work schedules and consequent work hours;
  • Carry out human resources management under his responsibility: performance management, discipline, training, etc.;
  • Carry out effective and efficient communication with senior management;
  • Participate and get involved as needed in various activities such as company social events.

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of experience in team management / coordination;
  • Training in industrial maintenance or other specialization (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
