Job description
- Satisfy customer needs and anticipate customer expectations
- Ensure the efficiency and profitability of the service
- Manage human resources (planning personnel needs, hiring, training, distribution of work)
- Supervise food and beverage service
- Place orders for drinks, wines and beers
- Take monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints, if applicable
- Ensure that JARO quality and excellence standards are respected
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises at all times
- Ensure control of salary costs
- Assist staff on duty when necessary
- Manage occasional complaints
- Distribute tasks to employees
- Work in collaboration with the directors of different departments in organizing banquet events in order to meet the needs and expectations of customers (room plan, etc.)
Education
- Obtaining a degree in hotel management techniques or administrative management
- Relevant experience in the restaurant industry for at least two (2) years.
- Experience in a restaurant management position for at least two (2) years.
- Computer skills (Maître D, Word, and Excel).
